This Privacy Policy describes how CreaTECH Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the My Links app, available on iOS and macOS (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully.
My Links allows you to store personal contact and social media information for your own use, including:
This information is entered by you and is used solely to display, organize, and share your links as directed by you within the App. We do not access, collect, transmit, or store this information on any servers operated by us.
All data you enter into My Links is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. If you are signed into iCloud, your data is also synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit framework. This sync occurs entirely within your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data at any time.
An iCloud account is required to enable syncing between your iOS and macOS devices. If you are not signed into iCloud, the App will function in a local-only mode.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
My Links does not share your data with any third parties. The only sharing that occurs is sharing you initiate yourself, for example when you use the built-in share sheet to send your selected links to another person or app. You remain in full control of what is shared and with whom.
My Links uses Apple's CloudKit for iCloud sync. This is the only third-party service integrated into the App. CloudKit operates under Apple's privacy practices, which you can review at:
My Links is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
